Adrian Mititelu's children face lawsuit over real estate project

The children of Adrian Mititelu, Adrian and Gabriela, are facing legal action regarding a large-scale real estate development in Craiova, Romania. The project involves plans to construct a complex consisting of 16 buildings, some reaching up to 11 floors, on an 18,000 square meter plot of land.

A local businessman has filed a lawsuit contesting the land registry closure, alleging non-compliance with certain conditions. Additionally, the National Agency for Fiscal Administration (ANAF) is seeking the forced execution of the same land due to unpaid debts, which could potentially jeopardize the multi-million euro investment.

The proposed development is intended to include both collective housing and commercial spaces, along with underground parking.
