Adrian Newey's performance at Aston Martin questioned by Johnny Herbert

Herbert noted that it is difficult to understand why the project has failed to meet expectations, suggesting that Newey has been unable to assemble a group capable of building a car that meets the team's goal of winning races and championships.

Herbert raised the possibility that this could be the beginning of a downward spiral for Newey, noting that such declines eventually happen to even the best individuals in sports.
