Adriane Galisteu discusses menopause and new videocast project

Brazilian presenter Adriane Galisteu has shared her personal experience dealing with menopause, revealing that she initially felt ashamed to discuss the transition with her husband, Alexandre Iodice, and her son, Vittorio. Galisteu noted that she delayed seeking medical treatment for nearly six months due to fears of being labeled or perceived differently by society and her family.

Galisteu is leveraging this experience to launch a new YouTube videocast titled ‘Círculo de Fogo’ in mid-November. The project will consist of 12 episodes focused on menopause and various issues affecting women's lives. The format will feature three known personalities alongside a fourth anonymous guest to share difficult, real-life stories while protecting their privacy. The first season will feature stories from individuals known to Galisteu and her production team, with plans to expand to stories from across Brazil in future seasons.
