Adriano Pivetta cites Lucas do Rio Verde model as national reference

Former mayor Adriano Pivetta has highlighted the management models established in Lucas do Rio Verde and Nova Mutum as national references in Brazil. During a political meeting in Nova Mutum, Adriano discussed how the transformation initiated by his brother, Otaviano Pivetta, in Lucas do Rio Verde in 1997 served as his inspiration for entering politics.

Adriano, who served four terms as mayor of Nova Mutum, stated that he sought to replicate the success seen in his brother's administration within his own municipality. He noted that the development of these two cities has become a model for other municipalities and suggested that the state of Mato Grosso is currently following a similar trajectory, becoming a reference for other Brazilian states.
