Adrien Broner starts 45‑day livestream for weight loss and boxing comeback

Former four‑division world champion Adrien Broner, 36, has not fought since a unanimous‑decision loss to Blair Cobbs in June 2024. Seeking to shed weight, stay sober and revive his career, he began a public 45‑day “Locked‑In‑A‑Thon” livestream on July 8. The daily broadcasts, co‑hosted with fellow boxer and YouTuber DeenTheGreat, show Broner training in a warehouse gym, completing cardio, lifting, and preparing healthier meals while documenting his progress.

Broner says six months of disciplined training could position him for another meaningful fight, and he has floated the possibility of a bout with fellow‑American Ryan Garcia. The series aims to prove he can maintain consistent conditioning, sobriety and a structured camp before returning to the ring.
