Adrijan Vuksanović strengthens ties in Argentina

Adrijan Vuksanović, president of the Croatian Civic Initiative and Member of Parliament in Montenegro, conducted meetings in Argentina focused on strengthening cultural and political ties.

Vuksanović met with Jozo Vrljičak, editor of the journal Studia Croatica and a prominent member of the Croatian community in Argentina. The discussions centered on the preservation of national identity and cultural heritage among Croats in Argentina, as well as the social and political conditions facing Croats in Montenegro. Vrljičak highlighted the role of Studia Croatica in promoting Croatian culture and history since 1960.

Additionally, Vuksanović visited the Senate of the Argentine Republic, meeting with Senator Jorge Milton Capitanich Popovich, chair of the Committee on Regional Economies and Social Economy. Senator Capitanich Popovich, a descendant of Montenegrin immigrants, discussed intensifying economic and parliamentary cooperation between Argentina and Montenegro. The Senator announced plans to initiate a parliamentary friendship group to facilitate further contact and cooperation between the two nations.
