Adrián de Torres wins Muleta de Plata in Villacarrillo

Bullfighter Adrián de Torres has been awarded the ‘Muleta de Plata XLIV’ at the Villacarrillo Fair. This marks the second consecutive year that the Linares-born torero has delivered the best performance of the festival.

During the fifth stage of the event, de Torres performed against the bull ‘Zafarrancho’ (number 11 from Salvador Domecq), earning a ‘vuelta al ruedo’ for his artistic and technical skill. Although he shared the lineup with prominent figures Sebastián Castella and Borja Jiménez, de Torres was recognized as the standout performer of the afternoon.

In addition to his award-winning performance in the fifth stage, de Torres also secured two ears in his first lot, further cementing his success at the event.
