Adroit Industries (India) announces Rs 150.71 crore IPO

Adroit Industries (India) Limited has announced an initial public offering (IPO) valued at Rs 150.71 crore. The issue is priced between Rs 126 and Rs 134 per share and is scheduled to open for bidding on September 23, 2026, and close on September 25, 2026. The shares are expected to list on the BSE and NSE.

Adroit Industries is a vertically integrated manufacturer of propeller shafts and torque transmission components. Its products serve automotive and non-automotive sectors, including defense, heavy equipment, and industrial machinery, across more than 32 countries. The company is approximately 95% export-oriented, serving markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.

The net proceeds from the IPO are intended to fund capital expenditures, including the procurement of machinery for the company’s Dewas facility and transportation vehicles. Additionally, funds will be directed toward its subsidiary, Adroit Driveshafts Private Limited, for equipment at its Pithampur facility, as well as for the repayment of certain borrowings and general corporate purposes.
