ADS-TEC Energy adopts SAP Cloud ERP for global expansion

ADS-TEC Energy, a developer of battery-supported fast charging systems and large-scale battery storage for international markets, has implemented SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud to support its global expansion.

To manage the complexity of its diverse business model—which includes project business, variant configuration, manufacturing, and service—the company transitioned to a standardized digital core. Working with Varelmann Beratungsgesellschaft Energie- / Umwelttechnik, ADS-TEC Energy adopted a ‘fit-to-standard’ approach via the GROW with SAP program. This strategy aims to reduce technical complexity and provide a scalable process platform that integrates manufacturing, project management, and service functions.
