Aduana FC defeats Medeama SC 3-1 in Nsenkyire Cup opener

Aduana FC secured a 3-1 victory over Medeama SC in the opening match of the 2026 Nsenkyire Cup. The match, held at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena in Samreboi, served as pre-season preparation for both clubs ahead of the 2026/27 campaign.

Medeama SC initially took the lead during a dominant opening 20 minutes, maintaining their advantage through the first half. However, Aduana FC staged a second-half comeback led by Emmanuel Abban, who scored twice. Shawkan Mohammed added a third goal to finalize the win for the Dormaa-based side.

The four-team tournament includes Aduana FC, Medeama SC, FC Samartex 1996, and the Togolese club Etoile Filante de Lomé. Following this result, Aduana FC is scheduled to face Etoile Filante de Lomé on Sunday, August 23.
