ADVANS Group expands microelectronics operations in Thessaloniki

ADVANS Group is expanding its operations in Greece through the rapid development of its Thessaloniki Microelectronics Center. Following the center's official inauguration on September 23, 2026, the company has announced an ambitious recruitment plan to support its next growth phase.

The company intends to hire ten additional microelectronics engineers specializing in integrated circuit design, verification, and validation. The recruitment drive targets both experienced professionals and recent graduates. Additionally, the group is seeking three Master’s-level interns for digital verification and analog layout roles, as well as a local Business Manager to oversee Greek operations and strengthen industry partnerships.

The Thessaloniki site functions as part of ADVANS Group’s broader European engineering network, which includes locations in France, Serbia, Portugal, and Italy. The center focuses on research and development projects for international clients across Europe and the United States, with the goal of establishing Greece as a center of excellence for microelectronics.
