Advent opens new office in Abu Dhabi

Global private equity investor Advent has established a new office in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), the international financial center of the United Arab Emirates. The move is intended to extend the firm’s international platform into the Middle East and deepen engagement with regional investors and portfolio companies.

The new office will be led by Mehdi Iraqi, Managing Director of Limited Partner Services, who brings nearly two decades of experience with institutional investors in the region. This expansion follows recent office openings in Sydney and Tokyo, serving as part of Advent’s strategy to maintain a local presence near its long-term partners and institutions.
