Adventure World to host Pingu collaboration event in Wakayama

Adventure World in Shirahama, Wakayama, will host its second Pingu collaboration event from October 1, 2026, to February 28, 2027. The event features the Swiss character Pingu alongside the park's real penguins.

The Center Dome will be transformed into a “world of ice” featuring a massive Pingu balloon and seasonal Christmas decorations. Visitors can participate in special character greetings with Pingu and Pinga, as well as watch a parade of King Penguins.

Special offerings include themed food items, such as a salmon fry sandwich and tea-picking latte, available at various park locations. Exclusive merchandise, including blind bag charms, magnets, and a Pingu lottery, will also be sold. Special admission tickets including a commemorative novelty will be available for purchase starting September 28, 2026.
