Adıyaman Municipality provides free YKS guidance to 2,500 students

Adıyaman Municipality provided free one-on-one guidance services to 2,500 students during the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS) preference period. The initiative utilized four different centers, including the AKEM, Mehmet Sadık Gürsoy Library, Abdülhamit Han Yaşayan Library, and Ali Yılmaz Study Center.

Twelve expert teachers worked across these locations to assist candidates with their preference lists based on their interests, success rankings, and university goals. Adıyaman Mayor Abdurrahman Tutdere stated that the municipality aims to support young people, particularly earthquake survivors, to ensure they do not make incorrect choices due to indecision or lack of resources.
