AEDGE Partners manages 3 billion dirhams in Moroccan real estate assets

AEDGE Partners, founded in 2021 by Nadia Zahi Cherkaoui and Driss Fassi Fihri, has reached its five-year milestone with a portfolio of 10 projects currently under development in Morocco. The company manages assets with a gross value of 3 billion dirhams (approximately 325 million USD), representing 200,000 square meters of floor space.

The firm utilizes an integrated real estate private equity model that combines investment structuring, property development, and operational management. This approach aims to navigate technical, legal, and administrative constraints to create value for private and institutional investors.

Key ongoing projects include the Casa Beyt mixed-use development in Casablanca’s Belvédère district, which involves converting heritage buildings and former industrial warehouses. Other significant developments include the BOSKO Shopping Center in Bouskoura and the Serenia residential program within the Zenata Eco-City.
