Aeffe restructuring splits Moschino, Alberta Ferretti, and Pollini into three companies
The Italian fashion group Aeffe has moved into a restructuring phase involving the fragmentation of its corporate structure into three independent entities. This plan, led by the turnaround fund Oxy Capital, follows the conclusion of the Negotiated Crisis Composition process on October 4.
Under the new arrangement, Oxy Capital has presented a binding offer of approximately 115 million euros. Rather than acquiring the entire complex as a single vehicle, the acquisition will occur through three distinct new companies: one dedicated to the Moschino brand, a second encompassing Alberta Ferretti and its production facilities in San Giovanni in Marignano, and a third for the Pollini footwear division.
