AEG unveils specialized pasta cooktop and new appliances at IFA 2026

At the IFA 2026 trade fair in Berlin, AEG, a premium brand of the Electrolux Group, unveiled several new household technology innovations under the theme ‘Challenge the Expected’.

A primary highlight is the AEG 7000 Series OnePot Pasta cooktop, which features a specialized function designed to cook pasta in 15 minutes. The system allows users to select the number of servings and add ingredients to an included pot, automating the process without requiring constant supervision or manual timing calculations.

Other product debuts include the ErgoMini, an ultra-lightweight handheld vacuum weighing 0.55kg, and the Trilobite 8000 GEN2 robot vacuum. The robot vacuum is designed to be highly compact with a height of 7.89cm, enabling it to clean difficult-to-reach spaces while automatically vacuuming, mopping, and drying.
