AEK Sports Academies Host Youth Events Across Greece

On Saturday 20 June the AEK BC Academy held a Mental Health Day at its sports centre in Athens. Sports psychologist Vasilis VERTUDAKIS presented two sessions – one for parents on supporting young athletes and another for junior players on confidence and performance – before the day's training and friendly matches began.

Earlier, on 13 June, the AEK Saragion academy organised friendly football games for its youth teams at the AET and Bar facilities. Children from the U7 to U12 age groups participated in educational matches, gaining experience and fostering teamwork while the academies thanked host clubs for their support.
