AEL strengthens roster ahead of Super League 2 season

Greek football club AEL has accelerated its squad building for the upcoming Super League 2 campaign. New arrivals include forward Spyridon Risvanis, midfielder Kyriakos Mazoulouxis, winger Angelos Tsiggaras, defender Alexandros Parras, midfielder Michalis Bousis and defender Georgios Agapakis. The club also signed talented midfielder Giannis Karagganidis from PAOK’s U‑19 team, defender Andreas Makris and young goalkeeper Dimitris Gkoumas from AEK’s U‑19 side. A further signing, forward Christos Albanis, is expected to join the squad soon.

Training continues at the Dendra facilities before the team moves to Karpenisi for the main preparation phase. Major shareholder Stylianos Zisis met with club officials, promising additional support for AEL’s ambitions.

The club aims to present a competitive line‑up in the new season, with a few more transfer moves anticipated to fill remaining gaps.
