AEL sets three August 2026 pre‑season friendlies

Athlitiki Enosi Larissa (AEL) is preparing for the 2026‑27 season with a training camp at the Karpenisi sports centre from 29 July to 7 August 2026. The club has scheduled three pre‑season friendlies in August: a home match against Zakynthos on Thursday 6 August at Karpenisi, an away game versus Astras Tripoli on Wednesday 12 August at the Theodoros Kolokotronis stadium, and a home fixture against Kallithea on Sunday 23 August at the AEL FC Arena.

Official competitions begin with the Greek Cup draw on 11 August, followed by league matches for Super League 2 teams from 17‑19 August. The new Super League 2 season is set to start on the weekend of 5‑6 September 2026.
