AEON Bank launches AI-powered ‘Financial Purr-Sona’ feature
AEON Bank, Malaysia’s first digital Islamic bank, has introduced ‘Financial Purr-Sona,’ a new interactive feature within its digital banking app. The feature is powered by Neko Sensei, an AI personal financial coach designed to provide dynamic financial management insights.
Neko Sensei analyzes user data across four core financial habits: saving, spending, planning, and settling payments. Based on this analysis, the AI assigns customers one of four personas: Tauke Tabung, Planner Pro Max, Boss Anti-Bazir, or Hutang Slayer. These personas are dynamic and can evolve based on a user’s changing financial activities and budgeting health.
The feature is available for free to app users and integrates with various banking services, including Savings Account-i, Debit Card-i, and Zakat and Takaful services.
