Aeon raises over $14 million in seed funding and acquires Aware Health

Swiss HealthTech company Aeon has expanded its seed funding round to over $14 million. The funding, co-led by Araya Ventures, follows Aeon's acquisition of core assets from the Berlin-based blood diagnostics provider Aware Health.

Aeon intends to integrate Aware Health’s technology, team, and diagnostic infrastructure into its own platform. The goal is to combine whole-body MRI scans with regular blood analysis and AI-driven risk forecasting to create a continuous preventive health service. By merging MRI snapshots with longitudinal blood biomarker data and genetic information, Aeon aims to identify health deviations earlier and predict long-term risks.

Through this acquisition, Aeon gains access to Aware Health’s technology platform, key contracts, equipment, and a customer base of approximately 10,000 active users, supported by a network of 45 locations.
