AEON Vietnam launches hiring drive for up to 1,000 jobs in Haiphong

AEON Vietnam is holding a recruitment fair on 18 July at Trống Đồng Palace Hoàng Gia in Haiphong, expecting 800‑1,000 candidates. The event, organized with the Haiphong Employment Service Center, will offer positions across retail, food services, cashiering, customer service, multi‑channel sales, fashion, logistics and more. Applicants can receive career guidance, learn about salaries and benefits, and interview directly with the company’s talent‑acquisition team.

AEON says Vietnam is a strategic market, aiming to triple its footprint by 2030. The group currently operates eight malls nationwide, including locations in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Haiphong, Hue and Long An, and plans to expand further into provincial cities.

The fair targets workers, youth and students from Haiphong and surrounding provinces, urging them to bring CVs and relevant certificates and to dress formally for interviews.
