AERCOM and Ayesa Digital expand energy and infrastructure services

AERCOM is expanding its business model to provide energy infrastructure, focusing on increasing industrial efficiency through digitalization and cogeneration. In response to rising demand in the hydrocarbon sector, the company is positioning itself in the Oil & Gas industry by offering services in applied engineering, energy recovery, and emission reduction. Key technologies include Vapor Recovery Units (VRU) to reduce gas flaring, modular generation systems, and hybrid solar-LPG systems to improve operational continuity in fields and plants.

Separately, Ayesa Digital is reorienting its strategy to concentrate on the energy and critical infrastructure sectors. Following the relocation of its decision-making center to Euskadi, the company is focusing on artificial intelligence and technological innovation. Despite a 10% to 15% contraction in public sector tenders due to the conclusion of European recovery funds, Ayesa Digital maintains a book-to-bill ratio above 1.1x. The firm has also strengthened its capabilities through the acquisition of Kuik Digital Solutions, a specialist in software development and AI.
