Aero India 2027 to be held in Bengaluru in February

The 16th edition of Aero India, Asia’s largest aerospace and defence exhibition, is scheduled to take place from February 8 to 12, 2027, at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in Bengaluru. Organized by the Department of Defence Production under the Ministry of Defence, the five-day event serves as a platform for global aerospace companies, policymakers, and technology experts to engage in business, strategic dialogue, and technology demonstrations.

The event is expected to highlight India’s growing role in the global defence supply chain and its push for indigenous manufacturing. This edition follows Operation Sindoor and coincides with increased efforts to export domestic systems, such as the BrahMos missile and Akash systems, to international markets.

Exhibitor registrations and exhibition space bookings are set to begin via a dedicated web portal starting September 3, 2026. The exhibition will feature aerial displays by the Indian Air Force and international flying teams.
