Aesbe holds meeting on sanitation management and integrity

The Brazilian Association of State Sanitation Companies (Aesbe) held a virtual meeting of its Business Management Technical Chamber (CTGE) to discuss management, integrity, and variable compensation policies.

The session included presentations on the MEGIA management excellence model supported by Artificial Intelligence and the Brazil Pact for Integrity. Additionally, representatives from Cesan and Caesb shared their specific models and indicators regarding variable compensation and result participation programs (PPR). The meeting aimed to foster the exchange of technical practices and management tools among state-owned sanitation companies.
