AESC Signs Strategic Supply Deal with Prevalon Energy to Deliver Over 10 GWh of Battery Storage

AESC, a global battery and energy‑storage leader, and Prevalon Energy, a Mitsubishi Power Americas and EES joint venture, announced a strategic supply agreement. Under the three‑year deal, AESC will provide battery cells and modules for Prevalon’s Energy Storage Platform, supporting more than 10 GWh of utility‑scale deployments for renewable integration, grid reliability and data‑center power.

Edward Hou, senior vice‑president at Envision Energy, said, “The scale of this agreement underscores the surging global demand for reliable, high‑performance energy storage.” The partnership combines AESC’s advanced cell technology and global manufacturing footprint with Prevalon’s system‑integration expertise to serve AI data centers, grid‑scale projects and other critical power applications worldwide.
