AETHER REALM releases new single ‘Broken Fist’

North Carolina-based melodic death metal band AETHER REALM has released ‘Broken Fist’, the second single from their upcoming album, Season of Bloodshed. The track features guest vocals from Taj Jewett and is accompanied by an official music video.

The song blends melodic death metal with electronic elements, including 808s, synthesizers, and symphonic arrangements, while incorporating nu-metal and progressive influences. The band described the forthcoming album as an expression of anger stemming from both global injustices and personal frustrations.

Season of Bloodshed is scheduled for release on December 11, 2026, via Napalm Records. The band noted that the period since their 2020 release, Redneck Vikings from Hell, involved significant challenges, including the pandemic, Hurricane Helene, and a lineup change involving the departure of guitarist Donny Burbage and the addition of Chris Jones.
