Aevis Victoria reports increased profit for first half of 2026

Aevis Victoria reported increased earnings for the first half of 2026, driven by improved profitability in its healthcare and hospitality sectors. Consolidated net sales rose by 0.2 percent to 547.0 million Swiss francs. The group's EBITDAR grew by 7.5 percent to 112.1 million Swiss francs, improving the margin to 20.5 percent. Net profit attributable to shareholders increased by 30 percent, reaching 5.4 million Swiss francs.

The healthcare division, through Swiss Medical Network, saw net sales rise by 2.1 percent to 435.0 million Swiss francs, with EBITDAR increasing by 19 percent to 94.0 million Swiss francs. In the hospitality sector, MRH Switzerland reported a 1.0 percent revenue increase to 105.0 million Swiss francs.

Additionally, Swiss Hotel Properties recorded revenue of 20.3 million Swiss francs. Following the reporting period, the hospital real estate specialist Infracore went public in July, which reduced Aevis Victoria’s direct and indirect stake from 29.8 percent to 22.6 percent, though the company retained all previously held shares.
