AEW Dynamite ratings dip as NBA Finals dominate viewership

AEW Dynamite on TBS drew an average of 542,000 viewers and posted a 0.08 rating in the 18‑49 demographic, marking a 15 % decline from the previous week's 648,000 viewers and the lowest audience since January 21. The episode aired opposite Game 4 of the NBA Finals, which attracted 20.9 million viewers and a 5.98 rating on ABC, pushing Dynamite down to ninth place in the cable 18‑49 chart.

During the same period, WWE NXT on the CW attracted 548,000 viewers with a 0.09 rating, a slight 1.4 % drop from the prior week but a 28.6 % increase from the previous rating. The show’s rating was the highest since early May, while total viewership remained near recent levels. Both wrestling programs saw declines compared with the same weeks in 2025.
