AEW female stars provide updates on absences

Several prominent female wrestlers in All Elite Wrestling (AEW) have provided updates regarding their ongoing absences from the promotion.

Queen Aminata, who has been sidelined following a major neck injury in November 2025, recently shared a personal update on social media revealing a new hairstyle. Aminata previously confirmed that her contract with AEW was extended through February 2027, expressing motivation despite her inability to wrestle at this time.

Britt Baker, a former AEW Women's World Champion who has been absent from programming for nearly two years, also addressed her status. In response to a fan inquiry on Instagram regarding a potential return to the ring, Baker asked the follower, “I dunno should I?,” sparking speculation among fans. AEW President Tony Khan has previously confirmed that Baker remains under contract with the company.
