AEW wrestler PAC identified as having died from bronchial asthma

Benjamin Satterley, the professional wrestler known as PAC, has died at the age of 40 due to natural causes related to bronchial asthma. Satterley was found unresponsive in a rental vehicle parked near O’Hare International Airport in Des Plaines, Illinois, on September 27, 2026.

Reports indicate that Satterley had been performing at the AEW All Out pay-per-view event just one day prior to his death. During the police investigation at the scene, officers discovered his cellphone in the vehicle's center console with navigation set toward the airport. A phone call from his wife, Natalie Satterley, was received by an officer while authorities were investigating the scene.

According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio, Satterley had previously dealt with lung issues. Meltzer noted that while the death was sudden, the circumstances are consistent with complications from bronchial asthma. A medication bottle was reportedly found near his body, though it is unclear if he was able to access an inhaler during the medical emergency.
