AfD figures to speak at Compact's 'Summer Fest for Peace and Freedom' in Stößen, Germany

The far‑right magazine Compact is organizing a “Summer Fest for Peace and Freedom” on 22 August at the Rittergut of former AfD politician Andre Poggenburg in Stößen, Burgenlandkreis. Speakers named include AfD state vice‑chair Oliver Kirchner, Alexander von Bismarck, commentator Kayvan Soufi‑Siavash (aka Ken Jebsen), and MP Matthias Moosdorf. Youth representatives Paul Klemm and Lea are also slated, while AfD co‑leader Tino Chrupalla has indicated a tentative participation. Discussion panels will address topics such as the prospect of an AfD election victory, the war in Ukraine, and the impact of the conflict on patriotic sentiment. A concert titled “Rock for Peace” featuring Burkhard Lasch is scheduled for the evening of 21 August.

In parallel, the right‑leaning internet radio station Kontrafunk will mark its four‑year anniversary on 20 June in Würzburg, featuring talks by Prof. Peter Hoeres, Prof. Raphael Bonelli and a round‑table with Burkhard Müller‑Ullrich, Gloria von Thurn und Taxis, Julia Neigel and Markus Krall.
