Affinnit files for KOSDAQ listing following strong financial growth

Affinnit, a global AI fintech company, has officially filed a preliminary application for KOSDAQ listing with the Korea Exchange, marking the start of its initial public offering (IPO) process.

The company reported strong financial performance for the first half of the year, with revenue reaching 112.3 billion won and an operating profit of 29.6 billion won. These figures represent a 45.8% increase in revenue and a 79.4% increase in operating profit compared to the same period last year.

Affinnit operates the mobile financial platform TrueBalance in India, which has achieved over 120 million cumulative downloads. The company's core technology is its proprietary AI-driven alternative credit scoring system (ACS), designed to provide financial services to customers with insufficient traditional credit information by utilizing over 90,000 alternative data points.

Mirae Asset Securities will serve as the lead underwriter for the IPO, with Hana Securities acting as a joint underwriter.
