AFL 22Under22 Melbourne Demons West Coast Eagles Fremantle Dockers

The AFL Players’ Association announced its 22Under22 squad, recognising the league's best players aged 22 and under. Melbourne Demons forward Harvey Langford and tagging specialist Koltyn Tholstrup were named in the squad after strong seasons, with Tholstrup playing all 20 games and Langford impressing on the wing.

West Coast Eagles secured four nominations – Harley Reid, Reuben Ginbey, Jobe Shanahan and Willem Duursma – giving the club its highest representation since the award’s inception. Fremantle Dockers added Murphy Reid and midfielder Neil Erasmus to the shortlist. Brisbane Lions and North Melbourne each have five nominees, the most of any club.

Fans can vote for the final 22 until 12 August, with the winning team to be announced on 19 August.
