AFL Round 24: Major player changes and suspensions confirmed
Several key player changes have been confirmed for Round 24 of the AFL. West Coast Eagles co-captain Liam Duggan has been managed for the final game of the season against Hawthorn at Optus Stadium due to soreness. Bo Allan will replace him in the starting lineup.
Port Adelaide faces midfield shortages for their match against Essendon, with Willem Drew sidelined due to a back injury. He joins Aliir Aliir, who is out with a concussion, and Jason Horne-Francis, who is also unavailable.
Sydney has announced five replacements for players suspended for the remainder of the season following a breach of club standards at a Melbourne hotel. James Rowbottom, Harry Cunningham, Angus Sheldrick, Caiden Cleary, and Tom Hanily will feature in the match against North Melbourne in place of Isaac Heeney, Chad Warner, Nick Blakey, James Jordon, and Riley Bice.
