Africaine de Gestion d'Actifs (AGA) has expanded its investment offerings by launching three new mutual funds in Cotonou. This expansion brings the company's total range to five funds, catering to various investment horizons ranging from three months to five years.
The new products include AGA Trésoactiv, a money market fund targeting corporate cash management with a recommended three-month horizon; AGA Obligations, which invests in UMOA bonds and debt securities for regular income; and AGA Elite, which focuses on companies listed on the BRVM for long-term growth over a five-year period.
Since establishing its presence in Cotonou in 2022, AGA has seen significant growth, with assets under management increasing from less than 6 billion CFA francs at the end of 2022 to 35 billion CFA francs. AGA Director General Malick Amadou stated that the diversification aims to provide tailored solutions for every investment horizon, from short-term liquidity to long-term growth.
