AG Mortgage Bank appoints Chieduzie Ogbuehi as Company Secretary

AG Mortgage Bank Plc has appointed Chieduzie Ogbuehi as its substantive Company Secretary, effective September 24, 2026. Ogbuehi is a legal professional and corporate services executive with more than 15 years of experience in advising boards and executive management on regulatory, legal, and dispute resolution matters.

Ogbuehi previously held leadership positions including Head of Corporate Services at James Cubitt and Head of Corporate and Commercial Transactions at Canaan Partners. He also served as a Legal Officer at Haggai Mortgage Bank Limited. In his new role, he will support the bank’s corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and institutional management as the firm expands within Nigeria’s mortgage and housing finance sector.
