Polish actress Agata Załęcka has established herself as a prominent competitive freediver, holding 10 national records in the sport. Załęcka balances her acting career with elite-level training, representing Poland in disciplines that require extreme mental focus and physiological control.

One of her most significant recent achievements occurred on May 24, 2026, during the World Cup on Camotes Island, Philippines. In the CWTB (constant weight with bifins) discipline, she reached a depth of 92 meters on a single breath, a feat recognized by the Polish Freediving Association.

Załęcka, who joined the national team in 2022, notes that the sport relies heavily on psychological regulation to manage oxygen consumption rather than just physical lung capacity. She describes her interest in underwater exploration as a lifelong dream that began in childhood.
