Agatha Christie works highlighted for 50th anniversary

Various media works celebrating the legacy of crime novelist Agatha Christie have been highlighted, including a new comic biography and a classic radio play.

An upcoming Italian comic titled “Wo ist Agatha Christie?” explores the author’s life, focusing on her real-life disappearance in 1926. The biography uses this period of personal crisis and mystery to examine her childhood, youth, and the beginning of her literary career.

Additionally, the radio play “Agatha Christie – Die Stimme aus dem Grab” is being featured as part of a series marking the 50th anniversary of her death. The 1961 production, presented by Bastian Pastewka, follows a supernatural premise where a man receives a call from his recently deceased wife during a cocktail party.
