Italy hosts various regional sports tournaments and community events

Various regional sporting events and tournaments are taking place across Italy. In Fossano, the 12th edition of the Trofeo Balocco CRF Città di Fossano will host 25 Under-13 teams, including major clubs like Juventus, Inter, and Roma, alongside a new women's memorial.

In Perugia, AGD Umbria is organizing the 10th “Un calcio al diabete” tournament in Santa Sabina. The event features eleven teams of youth with type 1 diabetes to promote physical activity and raise funds for diabetes research.

Other notable activities include the 17th “Verucchio in Strada, Giochi e Sport” festival in Verucchio, which offers various athletic demonstrations and activities for families. In Alba, the Alba Dei Campioni tournament has reached its final between Napoli and Milan. Additionally, Rimini Calcio's women's team is beginning its 2026-27 season preparations, and Viterbo is hosting a three-day skateboarding demonstration in Piazza Unità d'Italia.
