AGDW claims wind power rent cap violates German Basic Law

The AGDW association and the family business Land und Forst have stated that a proposed rent cap on land use for wind power turbines, planned in an upcoming amendment to the Renewable Energy Act (EEG), violates rights protected under the German Basic Law.
