Ageki Onsen to host autumn outdoor sauna event in Inabe City

Ofuro Cafe Ageki Onsen will host “Ageki to Sauna vol. 4 in Autumn” on October 17 and 18, 2026, in Inabe City, Mie Prefecture. The event, themed “Autumn Sauna to Enjoy with the Five Senses,” focuses on nature and health.

Activities include lawn yoga, whisking (using vihta plants), and unlimited mud packs made from local Inabe tea. Other offerings feature special aufguss programs with guest experts, Makkara sausage grilling, and traditional Finnish Molkky games. Participants can also enjoy unlimited detox water and a drink at the Nordic sauna cafe, Lämpö.

The venue includes Sauna Lounge Serow, which offers three types of saunas for mixed-gender use with swimwear, and an outdoor deck for air bathing and well-water cold baths. For those traveling from afar, exclusive accommodation plans at the AGEKI BASE HOTEL are available. The facility is part of the Inabe Ageki Base complex, which was renovated and opened in April 2024.
