Agencia de Desarrollo Empresarial to host food safety training

The Agencia de Desarrollo Empresarial (ADE), in coordination with the Ministry of Human Development, will host a food safety handling course on October 20 and 21. The training is designed for entrepreneurs, merchants, and workers involved in the production and sale of food.

The program aims to provide essential knowledge regarding hygiene, food security, and the prevention of foodborne illnesses. Participants who meet the established requirements will receive a food handling certificate, which is necessary for conducting activities related to food manipulation. The initiative seeks to strengthen local businesses and ensure food safety for the community.
