Agency for the Prevention of Corruption faces legal challenges over leadership and employment claims

Former Director of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK), Dušan Drakić, and Mithat Kuč have filed lawsuits with the Administrative Court challenging the appointment of Kristina Braletić as the agency's head. The plaintiffs argue the selection process was illegal and arbitrary, noting a lack of clear reasoning for Braletić's selection over other candidates. They also highlighted procedural flaws, such as the decision being signed with a facsimile rather than a physical signature.

Separately, legal counsel for Marko Raičković has denied allegations that Raičković failed to perform duties under a service contract with the ASK. While some reports suggested Raičković did not appear at the agency to fulfill his tasks, his lawyer, Nemanja Janković, dismissed these claims as unverified and biased, stating that Raičković's attendance and work can be verified through access cards and employee testimony.
