Agency for the Prevention of Corruption sets lobbying exam date

The Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (ASK) in Montenegro has scheduled the examination for performing lobbying activities for September 24, 2026, at 1:00 PM in Podgorica.

Applications for the exam must be submitted to the Agency by September 14. Required documentation includes proof of higher education (level VI qualification). The examination fee is 120.60 euros, payable to the Budget of Montenegro – Agency for the Prevention of Corruption.

The examination will be conducted by a dedicated Commission covering subjects such as the constitutional system of Montenegro, state administration, local self-government, lobbying activities, prevention of conflicts of interest, and criminal offenses against official duty and economic operations.
