Ager-MT implements satellite internet in inspection vehicles
The Public Services Regulation Agency of the State of Mato Grosso (Ager-MT) has implemented satellite internet antennas in its inspection vehicles. This upgrade aims to increase operational capacity across the state, particularly in remote areas with limited mobile coverage.
All 12 agency vehicles have been equipped with the new system, allowing for continuous connectivity during field activities. This enables inspectors to access institutional systems in real time, synchronize data instantly, and submit reports and documents directly from the site of inspection.
The initiative supports the RegulaMT digital program, developed by the Mato Grosso Information Technology Company (MTI), and is integrated with the state government's MT Login authentication system. According to agency officials, the technology will improve the oversight of intercity passenger transport, highways, and ferry crossings.
