AGF Kvindefodbold promotes 16-year-old Cecilie Harsløf to first team

Cecilie Harsløf, a 16-year-old defender, has been promoted to the permanent first team of AGF Kvindefodbold in the A-Liga. Having developed through AGF’s talent environment after playing for VSK Aarhus, Harsløf has already earned 20 youth international caps for Denmark at the U16 and U17 levels. She has signed a contract with the club that runs until the summer of 2028.

AGF head coach Søren Kiilerich stated that the promotion is a key component of the club’s long-term talent development strategy, providing a clear pathway from youth to senior football. Harsløf noted that the transition to senior football has been a positive experience and that she has felt welcomed by her teammates.
