Aggreko files for US IPO on the New York Stock Exchange

Aggreko has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding a proposed initial public offering (IPO) of its ordinary shares. The company intends to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “AGKO.”

The timing, number of shares, and price range for the offering have not yet been determined. The IPO is subject to market conditions. Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan, and BofA Securities are serving as joint lead bookrunning managers, with several other financial institutions acting as bookrunners and co-managers.

Aggreko specializes in temporary power supply, providing infrastructure such as generators and transformers for projects where regular grid access is unavailable or peak loads must be managed. The move toward a U.S. listing follows a restructuring phase aimed at returning the company to profitability and stabilizing margins.
