Agia Kyriaki chanters serve in Veria and Katerini

Two chanters, Anastasios Tetos and Stefanos Papadopoulos, have gained recognition for their service in the cities of Veria and Katerini. Both men share roots in the mountainous village of Agia Kyriaki in the Pieria region, within the Holy Metropolis of Servia and Kozani.

During the summer feast of the Panagia, the two performed during Vespers and the Divine Liturgy at the Holy Parish Church of the Dormition of the Mother of God in Agia Kyriaki. Their participation drew worshippers from various locations, including Velvento, Veria, and Germany.

Anastasios Tetos, born in 1960, serves at the Holy Church of Saint George in Veria, having studied under Eleftherios Eleftheriadis and Evangelos Asiminas. Stefanos Papadopoulos, born in 1978, serves at the Holy Cemetery Church of Saint Catherine in Katerini, having studied under Antonios Thanouris.
